I used to believe that for any company to survive in the long run, standardization and efficiency were critically important. That's why at first, I couldn't fathom how a company like Penguin Logistics could stay afloat.

After getting to know more about the people at Penguin Logistics and talking to them, I began to understand that the world is much broader than I had thought. There's nothing wrong with structure and rules, but they don't necessarily apply to everyone.
